Elekta Names Jakob Just-Bomholt as New President and CEO

Elekta’s Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Jakob Just-Bomholt as the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2025.

Jakob, a Danish national, will be based in Stockholm and will working closely with Acting CEO Jonas Bolander and the company’s management team during the transition.

Jakob brings extensive international leadership experience, having held several senior management roles. Most recently, he served as CEO of 3Shape, a leading Danish innovator in 3D scanning and CAD/CAM software for the dental industry. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Falck A/S and A.P. Moller-Maersk.
