Elekta announced updates to its adaptive radiotherapy portfolio at ASTRO on September 27, 2026. The announcement spans CT- and MR-guided treatment, Gamma Knife radiosurgery and brachytherapy, supported by Elekta ONE software.
Elekta Harmony is described as supporting online adaptive workflows through Elekta ONE Online, allowing teams to assess anatomy and adjust plans when needed. Elekta Prostate Guideway is intended to connect imaging, planning and adaptation during high-dose-rate prostate brachytherapy, including dose recalculation as anatomy or needle positions change.
The updates extend the company's existing Unity, Evo and Gamma Knife offerings. Claimed workflow improvements reflect the manufacturer's description; the announcement does not establish comparative clinical benefit.
Product availability and regulatory status vary by market. At announcement, Prostate Guideway was precommercial and awaiting FDA 510(k) clearance and EU CE marking.
